anyone still say "no service" after 1 hour? Can we compare settings?

don't remember taking long service...my 4s still has service.

in itunes nothing listed in phone number new phone.

on new phone under network, says "sim not provisioned"

don't want call at&t if normal wait time.
 

power phone off , on...
