Can you have two identical iPhones?

at moment have 1 iphone have in case 1 gets lost or something. wouldn't want configure no 2 iphone manually, can restore iphone icloud backup, , keep using both phones? know can use icloud backup restore existing iphone, can used copy additional iphone? apps , settings within apps (e-mail accounts, icloud account a.s.o.), copied iphone, essetially making identical original?
