iPad 3 keeps crashing

after ios update ipad 3 start up, run few minutes, crash. crashed 39 times between 6:57 pst , 7:36 pm pst. @ 1 point on restart not boot - progress bar stalled @ 40%.

removed of multitasking applications nothing running still crashed. called apple support right after reboot, time settings see serial number had crashed again. evidently kernel issue, rather application issue. app crash should take home screen.

received 1 error - "32194" "this device isn't eligible requested build". don't know how read stack trace figure out. messages "thermal not updating", largest process dataaccesd, com.apple.datami.

talked apple support. evidently have seen problem. suggested solution restore. did restore icloud, rather itunes. evidently itunes restore bit more comprehensive, settings might bad preserved.

q%$%#% restore completed , it's doing again! , apple support went off line @ 8 pm pdt.
