iTunes Store Temporarily Unavailable

i've been receiving itunes store temporarily unavailable message since morning, 20:39 , i'm still receiving message. wondering if else using public beta 3 can confirm if having problem.

can see purchases using apple tv can't use store @ on mac.
 

same here , works fine mavericks , ios though.
