[SOLVED] Battery Ran Flat then WiFi driver Stopped Working

i'am having weird issue there...
first of all, when mba runs out of battery reason shuts down (rather going deep sleep). add that, i'am experiencing kind of bug in latest version of yosemite (14a361c) doesn't show low battery warnings anymore.
long story short, mba ran out of battery, shut down, , in os x wifi won't find networks. wifi stuck in on/off state, tries search networks, never finds anything. i've tried "make service inactive" , re-adding wifi connection didn't help. other options?

know fact hardware ok since can connect wifi networks fine bootmenu. works windows too. it's clear something's wrong os x driver or it's settings, there no windows device manager (as far i'am aware of) in os x, have no idea how supposed reinstall it.
