Apple breaks things and support issues

hi all..

how can apple can away breaking own apps ? , w accept ?

not ranting apple in general here, can understand happning iphoto version 9, , apple patched within 24 hours, done same ibooks.

equivalent of user buys dell pc , no 1 can open ie.

ms doesn't of this, , have larger market share, need support third part manufactures , all, , strange how still works, out of box. yet, apple makes both hardware/software, small market share, , can stuff os way like... users complain, apple doesn't care... fix want...

curious, there patten, , wondering why apple can in smaller market..... (maybe apple thinks no 1 notice ?? )

you'd have blind not notice this.

though complain, still use, because software work, happens if apple doesn't break it.... not sunshine , rainbows.

there's clear view here, or i'm 1 here notice's apple's mis-haps ? , re-visits same thing time , time again, while users can keep saying "everything has bugs" ?

apple, as next person, if microsoft did this. they'd huge out-cry totally unacceptable... imagine if pc's shipped ie couldn't open... ms fixes in update, breaks again later on..

apple doing different apps. while know rely on developers test this, blame apple not testing these themselves....

os after all, , shouldn't relying on developers 100%

reason apple support has issues when running os x in vm.... though user knows quicker , easier in vm reproduce such issues, rather reinstalling os x on main machine, support doesn't that....

reason, i'll never understand why don't.

 

microsoft doesn't break own programs? they're breaking older versions of skype within few days. windows 8 broke installations of office 2007. windows 7 broke communicator 2005 until hotfix released. windows vista broke outlook 2003 exchange support until fix released. companies breaking products when new ones released nothing new. every company it, google, apple, intell, hp, dell, microsoft, ibm...

analogy dell rather poor one. dell doesn't make operating system, hardware. better example using dell vista broke dell's quickset application was/is used on laptops set things backlight , caps lock led. took dell 2 months since vista's release have working version posted site. then, end users didn't update because dell didn't have update utility it.
