Does Apple/UPS do Saturday delivery?

my iphone scheduled delivered on monday, ups tracking shows being "re-scheduled" when phone in shanghai (and doesn't show delivery date), , apple has sent me email saying scheduled delivered tomorrow 09/20.

called , apple rep. didn't know apple order status page still shows 9/22 date. phone has departed kazakstan few hours ago believe.

phone delivered me in uk.

know this?
 

ups saturday delivery hefty fee, doubtful in case.
