Good ISO recording software for dual HDMI card?

i'd use mac tower capture 2 hdmi inputs 2 separate files simutaneously.

goal these 2 files start @ exact same time can load them both video editing software after transcoding them workable, , edit. don't want have have 2 programs running, or 2 instances of 1 program, or funny nonsense have line things capture 2 inputs.

happy pay fair fee it, i'm not looking freeware. i've looked @ blackmagic's solutions software comes card records 1 input @ time. :(

in professional environment, undersand have have timecode this, trying record overall-view camcorder alongside microscope camera, , pulling teeth find hdmi microscope camera(most usb), finding 1 supports timecode asking much. don't mind if isn't synced microsecond, long not running 2 instances of program , running mouse 1 other hit record on both, happy.

have found software want windows 7 only. i'd avoid using windows 7. :(
