Twitter and Instagram not refreshing after 8.0.2

i updated 8.0.2 last night... morning realized twitter (feed , profiles) , instagram (feed) not refreshing. doesn't matter if i'm on wifi or lte tried both , not loading :confused:. fix this? experiencing same thing or know how fix this?
