Error with Audio Conversion when using Subler?

so i've never had problem before, after refreshing system, whenever try convert mkv file m4v or mp4 using subler, doesn't work, saying went wrong audio converter.

have perian installed , set multi-cannel output, , i've copied a52codec audio plugins folder, has resolved issue before, still won't work.

i'm using 2011 macbook pro using mavericks.
