General How to get tweaks to load on jailbroken 7.1.1

right cydia wisely not let purchase tweaks , apps on 7.1.1 jailbreak. although should few days until able (kind of when 7.0 jailbreak released-), i've come workaround.

if have jailbroken older idevice (like older ipod touch or unused iphone) jailbroken, purchase app/tweak on , when comes downloading new, 7.1.1 idevice it'll have 'install' in upper right corner, allowing so.
