Factory reset ios version ?

i have jailbroken ipad 2 running 6.1.3
unfortunately have messed in cydia , want reset ipad factory version of 6.1.3
m confused though latest ios versions available itunes let me ?
reset , delete content ipad wont work m on jailbroken device can done through itunes
 

it restore latest version available. not able reinstall ios 6 afaik.
