iPad connect ipad air with keyboard with cable?

hello, need little troubleshooting advice here:

wife got ipad air, keyboards available bluetooth or wireless, , suffers electro-magnetic sensitivity , can't close stuff gives out radiation long periods of time.
without bluetooth , wireless can use ipad without problems.
there way connect usb keyboard ipad air via cable?
 

logitech, , belkin both make them lightning connections.
