Keyboard trouble

hi i'm new boards. i'm having strange issue 2 day old iphone 6, , wondering if else has experienced same thing. intermittently, while i'm texting phone in landscape orientation letters, far t, r, g, h & j, don't work when pressed. if turn phone , down, letters work. if go landscape don't work.

brought bought phone. 1 of guys working floor did hard reboot , told me fixed. tried blame on software problem. said happening because phone wasn't updated 8.02, came ios. needless say, it's still happening. can't see how software problem. has had happen them?

in advance help.
 

i've had same issue. it's software bug. restart of phone fixes it, needs fixed.
