MBP Optibay SATA3 Issue - Resolved?

hello,

have information in regard issues 2011 mbps had sata3 drives in optibay? seem me apple quietly fixed 1 of updates on mavericks.

appreciate kind of information on matter.

afaik issue part software based , part hardware based. depends on model of laptop. built sata iii , sata ii.
