Static/White noise coming from iPhone 6 speaker

someone sent me voice message in voxer , hard hear, put speaker ear. next thing know static noise voice message still present after finished. turned off voxer, , still making noise. when phone locked , display off. turned off phone, turned on. no apps running. still making noise.

i'm not sure if it's fans, or if it's repeating sound file. either way doesn't go away. else having problem?

couldn't care less noise, i'm concerned battery result noise...
