Which OS X Yosemite features will be supported on which Macs?

which os x yosemite features supported on macs?

(e.g. 2010 macs phone , sms capabilities or these require newer (802.11ac wifi-capable or bluetooth 4.0-capable) macs)

i've tried find specs on apple site can't see any... :confused:
 

my guess 802.11ac wifi and/or bluetooth le. i've seen in other threads looks sms may work on wifi feature should work on macs not sure continuity , calling though
