Speed Differences in Mid-2014 rMBP (256GB v. 128GB)

i've heard few people 256gb ssd faster 128gb version. different manufacturer, etc.? can please explain difference me?

bought 128gb should upgrade. confidence in additional speed boost nice.

it's simple if know raid 0 is. basically, ssds work using chips store data in parallel. it's easier manufacturer buy bunch of same chip , stick more chips onto circuit board add more storage. so, larger ssd, more chips has on it. more chips, greater speed, there more chips work in parallel each other.
