T-Mobile iPhone 6 in Hong Kong

does know if (unlocked) t-mobile iphone 6 work in hong kong? according https://www.apple.com/iphone/lte/ looks lte won't work in hong kong. however, 3g or 4g work? i'm sure there people here had american (t-mobile) version of iphone 5s , travelled or lived in hong kong. thoughts?

also, data wikipedia seems suggest lte american gsm version of iphone 6 (model a1549 (gsm)) work in hong kong: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/list_of_lte_networks#asia
can see hong kong has lte bands 3 , 7 included in american version of iphone. ideas?
 

so... have experience using american iphone in hong kong?
