Antiglare LCD Broken??

hi all, i'm thinking of selling late mbp antiglare, when checked out today noticed noticed entire bottom of screen has huge horizontal flashlight coming out of it.

took genius , replace screen $500 since i'm out of warranty. techrestore charge $300. maybe i'm sensitive stuff, feel people notice if try sell now. advice:confused:


ps. took genius when did have warranty, said didn't notice anything. , truth told went away restart. when restart now, seems gone few minutes comes back. what's going on?
 

you should have told second genius first visit while under warranty when did nothing problem. records should confirm story. should repair/replace @ no charge because mishandled while under warranty.
