Best practice for partitioning new Macbook Air

i have bought new macbook air (1.4ghz, 256gb, mavericks osx). switching windows 7, new osx.

please apprise me best ratio partition ssd: osx , apps, documents (maximum amount of space should go here) , emergency recovery disk? [do need create recovery disk?]
 

1 partition, best practice not partition. time (and have) partition drive create bootcamp volume windows.

there's no need split os, app, user area.
