upgrade iphone4s from ios6 to ios7 and avoid ios8?

have iphone 4s still on ios6. i'd upgrade ios7 ios8 has been released itunes (windows) offers me ios8.

there way can still upgrade ios7?

kept meaning when saw ios8 looming never got around it

no. have until yesterday, apple no longer signs 7.1.2 4s. there no workaround.
