Upgrades for Mid 2010 MBP

i've been reading through lot of threads , wanted upgrades mbp.

have:
13" mid-2010 mbp
2.4 ghz intel core duo
nvidia geforce 320m 256 mb
mac os x lion 10.7.5

upgrades want do:

ram-right have 4gb, , deciding between 8gb or 16gb ocw. don't edit videos or that, college kid going degree. everyday , computer, use school music internet , else.

planned on doing 8gb 100$ ocw have been contemplating getting 16gb instead. should get?

ssd- pretty sure have sata 2 right (says link speed: 3 gigabit). want upgrade @ least 480 since feel 250 small. looking @ samsung 840 evo sata iii ssd. http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=n82e16820147249

right 1 get? there better? (crucial, etc.)for $250 sounds pretty deal.

also, transfer cord goes computer new ssd?

battery-i replacing battery since mine lasts 2 hours on full charge. going grab 1 ocw 100$. there better/cheaper option or should go one.

well suggest got 8gb ram, you'd wasting 16gb if weren't power user.

batterywise if 2 hours doesn't means upgrade, recommend owc, have batteries. im planning buy 1 myself in november, mine lasts around 2 hours of usage.

ssd wise, im not sure if our 2010 macbooks support sata iii, think sata ii i'm not sure. went 1tb upgrade instead.

suggest upgrade ssd first, notice speed difference compared upgrading ram
