iPhone 3GS WiFi greyed out and sim showing No Service after Jailbreak

i india , have used iphone 3gs carrier locked model got unlocked previous owner ios 6.0 today reset because wanted sell else , took shop jailbreaked , installed cydia update ios 6.1 said wifi switch , bluetooth greyed out , needs wifi update baseband version.without iphone shows no service when sim inserted.i told him working fine before jailbreaked , wifi greyed out in off position , no sim cards working either.i tried network reset didnt work.is there way restore wifi/bluetooth functionality , network service? complete noob jailbreaking appreciated.
edit: tried 15 minutes in freezer technique no avail.
