any information regarding iphone 6/6+ lightning out under mfi program? information helpful purchasing external amp/dac iphone. allow bypassing iphone's dac , amp?

available information on 3.5 jack output impedance? current westone 4r has 31 ohms impedance. think iphone 6 sounds better previous iphone 5/5s. how iphone 6's cirrus logic 338s1201 audio codec different previous cirrus logic 338s1077 audio codec?
