Problem w/ Yosemite Beta Updates

hi there!
wondering if might able me on here. have 13-inch mid-2013 mba, , running yosemite public beta 10.10 (version 2). i’m taking computer science in school, , few months ago had install java 7 on computer - in order so, followed these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=av_k3tv_m5e.

following making changes (which involved changing systemversion.plist file), restarted computer accidentally before changing - big mistake! nothing open, , applications had big red x through them. went onto friend’s computer, copied systemversion.plist file onto usb, , manually went onto computer , replaced file. now, seems more or less fine again, i’m not getting public beta updates anymore (version 3 or 4). have idea why? able give me copy of correct systemversion.plist file, if think might solve problem? thought loading friend’s on, has changed eligibility somehow. don’t know stuff, help/guidance appreciated!
