Why people "hate" Apple

why hate?
outsider's perspective, apple isn't bringing new table anymore. it's one, big, walled ecosystem. (fingerprint id nice addition though, yet added bezel trade-off won't fly long-term when goal continuously maximize screen-size , shrink these).
remember, majority of android users @ 1 point, part of initial iphone user base, coming flip-phones, music phones, , - , shifted loyalties apple once apple stopped innovation while google , other hardware makers have continued experiment.
personally, i've gone apple, android , note series, blackberry passport, because avenues offered looking - bigger screens, stylus options, customization, security, etc.
as former fan, it's not i'm mad @ iphone users liking iphones, they're still premium/quality products - i'm mad @ apple resting on laurels, seemingly worried they'll screw things being innovative, don't bother. i'm mad @ iphone users accepting mediocrity, when apple could, , should, pushing smartphone industry further future, , not playing catch-up.
because being anonymous online allow people '**** it' , unleash inner troll without fear of being recognized.
won't see real hate people in real world, unless immature or nut-jobs.
reason? people root stuff. have favorite sports team? people 'hate' lakers? it's kind of phones
