iDevices w/ iOS 8 not showing in iTunes

hello everyone,

wondering if there fix particular issue. on mbp itunes, have 3 ipads , iphone. upgraded 2 of ipads ios 8 , since then, not show in devices in itunes. have both been updated 8.02 , still issue. when hooked via usb cable, show unplugged disappear. if restart both mbp , ipads, appear not long.

other ipad , iphone 5 still show both still have ios 7.

but, got iphone 6+ yesterday. upgraded 8.02 still shows in devices.

having issue? permanent fixes?
 

i'm running itunes 12 , it's same problem.
