Third party keyboards from lock screen

i've noticed while have touch id on i'm unable use swiftkey keyboard. when try respond messages lock screen example able use emoji keyboard. else notice issue?
 

yea having issue also. no third party keyboards work lock screen. fix in ios 8.0.1.
