Turn off the contact view in multitask

i have searched , searched. there not seem way turn useless feature off. not want @ contacts every time multitask. why can't shut off??? using ios 8 beta 5 assume gm still not option shut off.
 

settings > mail, contacts, calendars > show in app switcher > phone favorites / recents
