Volume Sticking?

anyone else having problems volume sticking? have 6 plus. suspect it's software bug because buttons not fix this. has happened twice now. listen music on bluetooth in car screen on. when shut car off , open door, turn screen off , slip phone in pocket. first time heard volume falling before opened door. looked @ phone , unlocked, volume heads display on , stayed on. hit volume down , buttons. no change down button, button take 1 notch, instandly went down. did opposite direction; volume up. both times rebooting phone fixed issue. has else encountered this?
 

yes friend complaining thought got sticky on hands , transferred phone. hmm.
