ASUS PB287Q Lag on New Mac Pro

i bought display based on couple of positive things read on here , bought hook nmp seem getting lag of sorts.

i'm using mini displayport display port connect monitor machine , i've got displayport stream set 1.2 still seem getting noticeable lag. 1.2 definite improvement on 1.2, still feels off. moving windows around feels slower , less responsive feels on macbook air. typing feels laggy.

i'm running yosemite dp2, incase has it. strange, though.

appreciated. in advance!
 

you running @ 30hz.

if running old mac pro or if macair has thunderbolt 1, locked 30hz. on mac pro, not sure if video card upgrade resolve issue.

common problem 4k displays , macs.
