How to back up apps and reinstall on new 6+ concisely?

i have 1800+ apps in itunes database, installed 760+ on iphone 5. how can

1. transfer 760+ apps 6+
2. without transfer settings
3. without click install 1 one (no need care remaining apps)
4. not install malwares?
