iPhone 6 Safari navigation bar

is there way safari navigation bar (left/right, bookmarks, etc) down bottom on iphone 6? fingers used them being @ bottom left. plus, use bookmark requires 3 clicks, 1 enable it, 1 click bookmark , 1 disable it. uggghhh...
 

i'm not sure mean. safari toolbar still @ bottom.
