Question regarding instore pick up and upgrade swap

got quick question, knows answer, have iphone 5s , trying 6+, have 3 other lines on account eligible upgrade , i'm going upgrade swap line. know if scoop phone apple's reservation site using line, able swap sim card activation when apple store? please enlighten me more
 

i did verizon.

bought phone online around 2am on 20th , selected in store pickup.

went store , had them activate phone on line upgrade.

went home , swapped sims. did myself @ home because less stressful crazy apple store.

done.

, if have problems call verizon , phone x not working. it's easy.
