Resolved Trouble uploading attachments

is else having trouble uploading attachments on safari? i've tried while on @ least half dozen different sites, including mr , craigslist. haven't been been able anywhere.

i'm using 6.

else have problem, or suggestions fix?

eta:okay, seems ios 8 issue. got popup saying when tried again now.
