Restore to iOS 7!

hey know ios 8 official coming i'm stuck latest beta , want resotre before updating official release gives me error 20 or 21 in itunes when try restore , need restore before updating!! tried download ipsw directly , shift+restore tried shift+check update doesn't work. please help!!!
