iphone 5, cant hear in calls or be heard...?

hey, friends iphone 5 ****ed..
when in call sound dosent work on regular speaker or high speaker or headphones, , other phone cant recive sound iphone 5.

have tested new mic high speaker without result...
updated 7.0.2 8.0.2 test if problem.
bakside changed not long ago alsow screen (worked before not now) , looks right pluged in..

mucis/spotify/text/calls sounds cant talk or hear other pearson in call.

tips?
