Will calling AT&T help me with anything at this point?

i ordered new iphone , see multiple issues:

order taken @ 12:10am on 9/12. stayed late purchase phone , got in few minutes after store opened yet shipping date: october. on phone friends people ordered later , got ship date of 9/19.

have way of changing shipping date me?
