Can't hear the Iphone 4s ringing after dialing someone

i have iphone 4s has audio problem. after dialing cannot hear phone ringing them. convinced hardware problem have restored iphone. person have called cannot hear me talking. possible hardware issues problem. shouldn't point 1 thing? have replaced ringer, charging port, had no luck. advice.
