Difference between MC1184ll/B and A1314 keyboards?

i can't seem find info on mc1184ll/b keyboard vs. a1314 keyboard. i've seen mc1184ll/a online. seems mc1184ll/b newer model a1314 i'm unsure. see people listing them on ebay "mac mc1184ll/b (a1314) keyboard" makes me think same.
 

they're same except f4 key. on mc1184ll/a f4 key has dashboard icon , on mc1184ll/b it's launchpad icon. there have been reports mc1184ll/b keyboard not work 10.5.8.
