installing manually apk files

im trying install apk files android phone, manually using mac without having internet connection or google account. have downloaded apk files sd card have no idea whats next do! :confused:
 

well, going suggest using file browser don't have 1 if aren't logged google account on device.

other way can think of use adb via terminal.
