Installing Windows on a secondary SSD

hello folks

have 2011 macbook pro ( i7 2.2ghz ) 128gb apple ssd, disk space running out decided buy samsung 840 evo 250gb ssd, want place samsung in old ssd , use apple ssd secondary drive in place of optical drive.

question can install windows separately on second ssd?

if not possible, second drive accessible both os?
