iOS 8 Beta 4 - Bricked after 20 days of use

i traveling internationally family emergency , installed beta 4 wifi calling feature.

i've been using last ~20 days or so, , out of today, won't turn on. tried pressing home + power 10 seconds no avail.

doubt apple cover it, if in us, since don't have developer account.

suggestions? in advance.
 

what happens when try , charge it?
