Make ringtones on iOS 8 for iPhone 6. How?

i used have program on mac making ringtones (ringmaker pro) itunes 11 no longer sees tones. know how make ringtones/textones iphone 6?
in advance.
 

garageband.

create new project, drag mp3 window, , share ringtone. gb talk through rest.
