please help me. imac 2012 problem

hello
after turn on computer see question mark folder , mark interchange few minutes of no entry sign. :confused:
have tried click on alt after starting , after drive selection screen - mac can not find drive.
there without technician?
thank urgent :eek:
 

when started startup disk , try repair said

partition map repair failed while adjusting structures fit current whole disk size.

when tried choose startup disk - dont find me harddrive ?!
