AT&T Order Failure

i'm trying upgrade 1 line on family plan iphone 6. past place select phone after inputting user name , password following:

"we're sorry, experiencing system error prevents completing request. non iphone related upgrades, please call customer care @ 1-888-867-4384 , provide error number @ beginning of message."

on past few days, have logged in within incident confirm eligibility. know might going on? i've gone through process 3 or 4 times same result. employer discount, , perhaps has this.
