iPad HELP! Stuck in reboot (respring) loop on iPad Mini 1st gen

i got ipad mini week ago (ios 7.1.1, 1st gen 16gb wifi) , i'm new jailbreaking. so, installed these tweaks , working great. today, fired clash of clans , put ipad guided access mode (blocks exiting current app) , handed else.

when got triple-clicked home button exit guided access, put in passcode, , things went downhill there. after passcode hit home button (to go home screen of course). coc locked up. unable go home, open app switcher, or lock screen. held down power button few seconds , rotated screen. power off screen showing, cut off of way cancel button visible. hit cancel , locked screen. when turned on, coc still blocking screen...so couldn't enter passcode.

"no problem! hard reset..."
hard reset later stuck. won't boot. goes apple logo, trying boot normally. few moments later, screen blacks out , and apple logo shows again.
when plugged computer, continously chirp if power connected (suggesting respring loop not reboot loop). aaaaaaahhhh!!!!

not have openssh or apple file conduit...but recognize in itunes in dfu , normal mode.

might have idea of caused it: installing apple file conduit "2" have way fix future issues, , hit home while installing. never came cydia hit restart springboard...and heard can cause issues.

there possible way can working without complete restore? if have restore there way can @ least write down tweaks have installed/what preferences? have icloud backup not tweak backup.

here's tried:
- volume button while rebooting... didn't help
- used utility found called "make no-erase ipsw" , patched ios 7.1.1 ipsw , restored... didn't work

please help!
