Mac Pro 2009 upgrade assistance advice.

hi all, great here. i'm hoping can advice nice folk.

in september 2009 bought new mac pro. although it's still running fine, figured i'd give love.

details:
mac pro: 2009
processor 2.66 ghz quad-core intel xeon
memory 3 gb 1066 mhz ddr3 ecc
graphics nvidia geforce gt 120 512 mb
software os x 10.9.4

i'm thinking i'd better graphics card handle gaming , increase memory.

can advise me if these right upgrades , if so, card , memory should compatible mac pro. have 1 memory card slot free , other 3 have 1gb in each. do?

you can upgrade cpu 3.33ghz or 3.46ghz hexacore more love. gpu, if play games, nvidia 680gtx mac edition or pc flashed card. may add pcie ssd sonnet tempo or apricorn velocity
