Billing address issues. Advice requested.

so went ahead updated billing address boa. helpful , force approved not have wait. however, apple refuses acknowledge updated address when try change billing info. verified boa , said not issue on end. apple still recognizes old address correct. has had problem , how did correct it?

change billing address back, concerned apple recognize new 1 @ midnight , wind unable order phone @ day or so. terrible.

advice appreciated, i'm feeling bit bummed , frustrated apple not provide phone support on product launches.
 

i had same problem wells fargo last week, said change live, took 2 days before use new address.
